1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales of products made through the Yunae Korea online store, operated by Pacific Commerce Group LLC, doing business as Yunae Korea, a Wyoming business with its registered business address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Yunae Korea," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply between Yunae Korea and any individual placing an order through our online store ("Customer," "you"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms complement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. In case of conflict between these Terms and any other policy regarding a sale, these Terms prevail. Nothing in these Terms or in any of our policies reduces or limits our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

2. Customer Eligibility

To place an order with Yunae Korea, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence)
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at checkout
  • Purchase products for personal, non-commercial use

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. Products

Yunae Korea sells Korean skincare for personal use, including the Silk Peptide EGF Toner, a Korean skincare toner.

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin. They are not drugs or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They do not replace the care or advice of a dermatologist or other licensed healthcare professional.

Product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Please always read the full ingredient list on the packaging before use. Minor variations in colour, scent, texture, or packaging may occur between production batches and do not affect the quality of the product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Offers

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The Silk Peptide EGF Toner is currently listed at $34.95. The price that applies to your order is the one shown on the product page and at checkout.

Unless otherwise indicated:

  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order
  • US prices exclude state and local sales taxes, which may be added at checkout based on the shipping destination
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the Customer

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The applicable price for an order is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

The offer is valid only while it is advertised, has no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Any change to the offer does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Other promotional discounts, coupons, and bundle offers are subject to the specific conditions stated at the time of the offer and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Order Process and Formation of Contract

To place an order, you must:

  • Select your product(s) and add them to your cart
  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information
  • Choose a payment method
  • Review your order and accept these Terms
  • Submit your order by clicking the confirmation button

Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. The sale contract is formed only when Yunae Korea confirms acceptance of the order by sending an order confirmation email.

Yunae Korea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors or technical malfunctions
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
  • Previous abuse of our refund policy
  • Orders that violate applicable laws

If we cancel an order, any amount you have paid for it is refunded in full.

Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, but it remains covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure options.

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation through secure third-party payment processors. Yunae Korea does not store full payment card information on its servers.

By placing an order, you authorize Yunae Korea and its payment processors to charge the total order amount to the payment method you provided.

If a payment fails, we may cancel the order. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first, because our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is usually the fastest solution. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider. If a dispute is opened, we may share our order and delivery records with the payment provider.

7. Delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in the USA within 24 hours of being placed. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 days for orders within the United States and 7–10 business days for international orders. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to the Customer at the time of delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Yunae Korea is not liable for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

8.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If our product doesn't work for you, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid, no questions asked. Simply email support@yunaekorea.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

8.2 No need to send the product back. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be resold. Refunds under the guarantee are therefore issued without you having to send the product back, and you keep it. A return is only needed when our team specifically asks for one; please do not ship anything to us before we reply, as we can only accept returns we have approved.

8.3 Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us with clear photos of the product and its packaging, and we will send you a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

8.4 Skin reactions. If your skin reacts to a product, stop using it and contact us. We will help you with a refund.

8.5 Refund method. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The full process is described in our Refund Policy.

8.6 Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws, or any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. Our guarantee is offered in addition to these rights.

9. Product Use and Disclaimers

Yunae Korea warrants that its products conform to the description provided at the time of sale and are of satisfactory quality.

Every skin is different, and results vary from person to person. Customer testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of identical results, which is why every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Our products are for external use only. Follow the directions for use on the packaging, avoid contact with the eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Before first use, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. If you have very sensitive skin, a known allergy to any ingredient, or a skin condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a dermatologist or licensed healthcare professional before use. Stop using the product if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, and contact us as described in section 8.4.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yunae Korea disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Nothing in this section limits warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Yunae Korea online store and products (text, images, logos including the YUNAE wordmark, designs, packaging, and brand assets) are the exclusive property of Pacific Commerce Group LLC, doing business as Yunae Korea, or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the sales process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable US privacy laws.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yunae Korea's total liability arising out of or in connection with any sale shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

Yunae Korea is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of our products, failure to follow the directions for use or the precautions in section 9, or any factor outside our reasonable control.

13. Force Majeure

Yunae Korea is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, or technical failures.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage Customers to contact us first at support@yunaekorea.com so that we can resolve any issue amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be resolved by the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, in accordance with Wyoming state law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

Yunae Korea reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on our online store at the time the order is placed. Any modification will be communicated through our online store with a revised "Last updated" date.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
